• Youth - We focus on the well-being, safety, and security of the young. We believe all children have a natural right to develop and grow without fear and uncertainty due to instability.

• Family - We support healthy family relationships and connections. We understand that families come in all different shapes and sizes.

• Community - We aim to be a part of the existing communities we serve. We understand as an agency, we are "guests" and, therefore, shall act and behave accordingly by respecting the cultural differences we encounter.

• Integrity - We are committed to doing the right thing even when it is unpopular.

 

Our Vision

“If you can reach one, you can reach 100; imagine what 100 can do.” Our vision is to reach our youth by engaging in practices that foster success through respect, safety, and productive struggle. We define:

• Youth as- any individual aged birth thru 26 years.

Success as- the ability to transition into adulthood by learning skills necessary to cope with life stressors while maintaining a positive self-

• Respect as- the ability to express and recognize the value within self and others.

• Safe as - spaces that are emotionally, physically, psychologically, morally, and socially protected from harm or danger.

• Productive Struggle as the ability to manage environmental, interpersonal, and intrapersonal risk factors through motivation, persistence, and perseverance to achieve desired outcomes.

 

Our Mission

The mission of 100Kidsinc is to promote the overall stability and wellbeing of vulnerable youth. We focus on the individual and provide them with an experience based on their individual strengths, gifts, and talents to enable them to reach their full potential.
