Qaadia Roberts was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey where she has dedicated most of her life to being a beacon of hope to Jersey City’s youth. She has fed her passion of helping others by dedicating the last 23 years of her life in service to both the Jersey City Municipal and State of NJ Judicial System. Her position in the Judicial System has allowed her to witness firsthand, the unfortunate issues that many of our youth fall victim to.

With that knowledge, she was inspired to create opportunities to bring help and hope to many of the children in Jersey City. Qaadia’s journey through philanthropy and the non-profit world includes serving as Executive Director of Forever Girls Inc., and her current operation as the Founder and President of She is… Incorporated.

She is… Incorporated is a non-profit organization birthed in 2015 with the total girl in mind to help young females ages 6-18 identify and conquer daily challenges head-on by creating a platform for them to individually live up to their full potential and show the world who She is… She is… Incorporated is ran by a total of 5 dedicated women (Ms. Dia, Ms. Tamara, Ms. Shakimiah, Ms. Latoya, and Ms. Ofelia) and is able to continue to assist the community with the help of several selfless donors.

Qaadia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Child Hood Education from New Jersey City University in June of 2011.
